DOT Physicals

Our DOT physical exams are performed in accordance with regulations set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and are conducted by a provider certified through the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME). This ensures your exam meets all federal medical standards required for commercial drivers.

Your appointment will be scheduled for 30 minutes and during your visit, we will review your medical history, current medications, and any existing health conditions, followed by a comprehensive physical examination. This includes evaluation of your vision, hearing, blood pressure, heart and lung function, and overall physical fitness for duty. A urine screening will also be completed as required (this is a general health screen and not a drug test unless otherwise requested). Our goal is to make the process efficient, respectful, and straightforward while prioritizing your safety and compliance.

What to Bring to Your Appointment:

Bringing these documents helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth certification process. If additional documentation or follow-up is needed, we will clearly explain the next steps so you can return to work with confidence. Your payment of $150 will be collected at the time of the visit. Please note, these visits are NOT billed to insurance.

Record Requests

Patients can securely request medical records via our release-of-information partner, Datavant. Please note that state and federal laws allow for additional fees for copies of medical records that are not requested by healthcare providers for direct patient care. To reduce costs, patients should consider requesting specific information rather than a complete record.
