Dr. Jeffrey Cohn is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. He has been practicing since 2000. He has a special interest in sports medicine and pediatrics as well as preventive medicine.
Dr. Cohn currently lives in the Broadlands community with his wife and daughter.

Samuel Heisler is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in family medicine. He has been practicing since 2017.
Samuel worked as a medical assistant at Broadlands Family Practice before going to the University of Florida School of Physician Assistant Studies.
Samuel lives with his wife and growing family in Western Loudoun area. He enjoys spending time hiking and exercising with his family when he is not searching for the best Cold Brew in town!

Brennah Lee, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine, with prior experience in dysautonomia and pediatric cardiology. She joined Broadlands Family Practice in 2025 after working at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Heart Institute. A graduate of Saint Francis University’s PA program (2023), Brennah brings a well-rounded clinical background to her practice.
Originally from a military family, she has called Ashburn, Va. home for the past 16 years. Outside of work, Brennah enjoys exploring NOVA’s trails, reading, painting, and traveling to discover hidden gems around the world.

Dr. K. Michael Rodriguez is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. He has been practicing medicine since 2000.
Prior to co-founding Broadlands Family Practice, Dr. Rodriguez was an electrical engineer with special interest in microelectronics. Upon graduation from medical school, he served as the Chief Administrative Resident at Virginia Commonwealth University. He lives in Broadlands, Va., with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, Dr. Rodriguez is a licensed private pilot and enjoys cooking and sports of all kinds.
Dr. Amy Sinha is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She has been practicing since 2007.
Dr. Sinha is originally from Chicago, Ill. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and reading.

Jiajia (Kelsy) Zhu, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 22 years of international nursing experience in the U.S., Canada, and Singapore. Her expertise includes critical care, medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, and case management. Kelsy has earned honors like Nurse of the Year (2022) and the DAISY Award (2023). She is fluent in Mandarin and English and is an active member of several nursing organizations. Passionate about primary care, Kelsy is dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered healthcare and fostering meaningful relationships to enhance community wellbeing.
