Dr. Trent Hope is a board-certified primary care and sports medicine physician. He completed his family medicine residency at Georgetown/Washington Hospital Center and a sports medicine fellowship at Inova Fairfax Family Practice. His clinical interests include preventive care and treating musculoskeletal injuries.
Dr. Hope’s care philosophy centers on meeting patients where they are and helping them make daily, lasting improvements to stay active and healthy.
He earned his medical degree from The George Washington University and is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, tennis, golf, snowboarding, drawing, and travel.

Geetanjali is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in both pediatric and geriatric care. She previously worked at Reston Pediatrics Associates in Reston, Va. Her clinical interests include managing chronic respiratory and skin conditions. Geetanjali believes strongly in preventive medicine and emphasizes patient education, encouraging healthy eating, early screenings, and vaccinations.
Her goal is to empower patients to make informed decisions and actively engage in their health.
She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from George Mason University in 2020 and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, Hindi music, and family time.
Shannon is a board-certified Physician Associate with experience in primary care, urgent care, and physical medicine and rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in patient education, pediatrics, adolescent health, and serving underserved communities.
Fluent in Spanish, Shannon studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain, during her undergraduate education, further enriching her ability to connect with diverse patient populations. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2023 and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants.
Believing in the healing power of positivity, Shannon strives to put a smile on her patients’ faces, building meaningful connections while helping to ease their concerns.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys traveling abroad, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and watching movies.

Starting October 1, due to changes in federal legislation, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, and Medicaid may no longer cover telehealth services. If you are on a Medicare Advantage plan, please check with your plan or your office to confirm coverage. Our staff may contact you if your upcoming telehealth appointment needs to shift to in-person. Our practice still accepts these health plans and will continue offering telehealth, but some services may not be paid for by your insurance. Congress is still considering telehealth coverage, and we will update you as we learn more.
