Rebecca joined Vienna Family Medicine in 2022 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). 

A Daisy Award recipient, Rebecca provides compassionate, evidence-based care both in person and via telehealth. Her clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and lifestyle medicine. As a Navy spouse and mother of three, she understands the unique needs of military families. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys running on local trails and riding a tandem bike with her husband.

 Xiao Chen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from George Mason University, where she honed her skills in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Emma began her nursing career in 2010, working as a Registered Nurse in various settings. This diverse background has shaped her holistic approach to care, focusing on not only treating illness but also fostering health and wellness.

Outside of her professional life, Emma is a proud wife and mother to one child and enjoys spending her free time crocheting, reading, and cooking.

Margaret Crenshaw, MD

Dr. Margaret Crenshaw is a board-certified family medicine physician passionate about compassionate, patient-centered care. A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine and Jefferson Family Medicine Residency, she has nearly a decade of experience serving diverse populations, including community health centers and the DC Department of Corrections. 

Now practicing at Vienna Family Medicine, she focuses on women’s health, contraception, and Health at Every Size (HAES). A longtime Vienna resident, Dr. Crenshaw enjoys mentoring medical students and empowering patients. Outside of work, she loves cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Dr. Sachit Desai is a board-certified family medicine doctor born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. After completing undergraduate studies at the College of William and Mary, then medical school at LECOM – Seton Hill, he completed a family medicine residency at Unity Healthcare through TWCGME, where he served as chief resident.

With a passion for building trust, acknowledging concerns, and emphasizing prevention, Dr. Desai is trained to help you with your medical journey. Outside of work, Dr. Desai enjoys spending time with his family, pets, nature, and sports.
