Dr. David Lee is a board-certified family physician and partner at Lorton Station Family Medicine with over 20 years of experience. He provides comprehensive care, including adult and pediatric medicine, men’s and women’s health, sports medicine, and office procedures.
Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia and completed residency at VCU Fairfax Family Practice, serving as academic chief resident. He values building lasting relationships, often caring for multiple generations.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys time with his wife and children, church activities, playing guitars, pickleball, tennis, and biking on trails.
Grayce Hamlin-Enriquez is a family nurse practitioner at Lorton Station Family Medicine, joining in 2023. She has been a registered nurse since 2014 and earned her MSN from George Mason University in 2023. Grayce’s experience spans hospital, home health, and long-term care. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, gerontology, aging, and women’s health. She values patient-centered care and teamwork to help patients reach health goals.
Outside work, she enjoys biking, pickleball, volleyball, baking, playing piano, and spending time with her cats. Grayce is ANCC certified in Family Nurse Practice and Gerontology.
Dr. Yi is a board-certified family physician and partner at Lorton Station Family Medicine with over 10 years of experience. He provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including adult and pediatric medicine, chronic disease management, office procedures, and gynecologic care. Dr. Yi earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland and completed his residency at VCU Fairfax Family Practice, where he served as Chief Academic Resident. Fluent in conversational Korean, he values long-term patient relationships.
Outside of work, he enjoys running marathons, home projects, church activities, and time with his wife and three sons.
Dr. Jessica McAfee is a board-certified family physician and partner at Lorton Station Family Medicine, practicing there for over 10 years. She provides primary care for all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics, with expertise in gynecological and dermatological office procedures.
Dr. McAfee graduated with honors from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University and completed her residency at VCU Fairfax Family Medicine Practice. She values building long-term patient relationships through clear communication and shared decision-making.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking, and cycling.
Dr. Kathryn Morcom is a board-certified family medicine physician at Lorton Station Family Medicine, practicing since 2010. Before joining Lorton Station, she worked at Comprehensive Primary Care in Washington, D.C. Her clinical interests include women’s health, chronic illness, and mental health. Dr. Morcom focuses on building strong patient relationships to deliver evidence-based care, believing that trust is the foundation of effective treatment. She approaches each patient with humility and sharp clinical insight, collaborating to achieve their health goals.
Outside work, she enjoys running, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her two dogs and cat.
