Rebecca joined Vienna Family Medicine in 2022 as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
A Daisy Award recipient, Rebecca provides warm, compassionate, evidence-based care both in person and via telehealth. Her clinical interests include preventive care, women’s health, lifestyle and obesity medicine. As a Navy spouse and mother of three, she understands the unique needs of military families.
As an avid runner and a Boston Marathon participant, you might spot her outside the office on the trails!

Emma began her nursing career in 2010, working as a Registered Nurse in various settings. This diverse background has shaped her holistic approach to care, focusing on not only treating illness but also fostering health and wellness.
Outside of her professional life, Emma is a proud wife and mother to one child and enjoys spending her free time crocheting, reading, and cooking.

Dr. Margaret Crenshaw is a board-certified family medicine physician passionate about compassionate, patient-centered care. She has nearly a decade of experience serving diverse populations, including community health centers and the DC Department of Corrections.
Now practicing at Vienna Family Medicine, she focuses on women’s health, contraception, and Health at Every Size (HAES). A longtime Vienna resident, Dr. Crenshaw enjoys mentoring medical students and empowering patients.

Dr. Jeffrey Huang is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing at Vienna Family Medicine since 2002. He provides comprehensive care for all ages, including management of hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, mental health, and preventive medicine. Dr. Huang has participated in overseas medical missions serving underserved populations.
Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering, camping with Scouts BSA, and 3D printing. He and his wife are proud parents of three teenagers in Fairfax County.

Dr. Amar Kapur is a board-certified family medicine physician with over a decade of experience in both military and civilian healthcare. A former U.S. Army Major and physician, he is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care for patients of all ages. Dr. Kapur has held leadership roles in hospice and outpatient clinics, taught future physicians, and frequently speaks on health topics in the media. An active contributor to medical literature, Dr. Kapur has authored chapters in The 5-Minute Clinical Consult and presented nationally on topics spanning infectious diseases, physician wellness, and performance optimization.
As an avid baker and cook, Dr. Kapur enjoys time in the kitchen with his children and bringing culinary joy to his friends and family.

Dr. Michael Kerrigan is a board-certified family medicine physician with a special certification in caring for patients with developmental disabilities and provides comprehensive primary care for all ages. Dr. Kenneth Lee is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been practicing since 1992. He has a background in hypertension research and a strong clinical focus on diabetes, hypertension, preventive care, physicals, and men’s health.

Outside of work, he enjoys exercising and playing golf.

She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has received honors including Top Doctor – Washington Consumers’ Checkbook (2016, 2020) and Northern Virginia Magazine (2022).
Outside of work, she enjoys reading fiction, listening to music, staying active, and spending time with loved ones.

Dr. Sandra Tandeciarz is a board-certified family medicine physician and Associate Clinical Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. She brings a patient-centered approach to care, with a strong focus on serving underserved populations. Since 2011, she has led international medical brigades, mentoring students and delivering care in at-risk communities.
Dr. Tandeciarz has been featured in Washingtonian Magazine (2018), Consumers Checkbook (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006), and has received awards including VCU’s Excellence in Teaching (2024) and Master Preceptor (2024).
She has lived in the DMV area for 40 years and enjoys painting, traveling, and time with family.

Dr. Eric Thomson is a board-certified family medicine physician with advanced training in sports medicine. Since 2005, he has helped patients of all ages stay active and healthy by combining evidence-based care with a passion for movement and performance.
Born and raised in northern Utah, Dr. Thomson’s early experiences as a ski instructor and wildland firefighter shaped his deep appreciation for endurance, resilience, and teamwork. He also served proudly as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy Reserves, further reinforcing his commitment to service and hands-on care.
He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. He has received honors including Washingtonian Top Doctors (2018) and Northern Virginia Top Doctors (2023).

Starting October 1, due to changes in federal legislation, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Tricare, and Medicaid may no longer cover telehealth services. If you are on a Medicare Advantage plan, please check with your plan or your office to confirm coverage. Our staff may contact you if your upcoming telehealth appointment needs to shift to in-person. Our practice still accepts these health plans and will continue offering telehealth, but some services may not be paid for by your insurance. Congress is still considering telehealth coverage, and we will update you as we learn more.
