Jihad, PA-C, DMS, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for lifestyle medicine and preventive care. She earned her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and worked as a clinical research coordinator studying how dietary changes impact chronic health conditions. Inspired by helping patients reverse disease, she completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Doctor of Medical Science at Shenandoah University, where she completed her capstone on the role of saturated fat in insulin sensitivity. Certified in Lifestyle Medicine by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Jihad provides holistic, patient-centered care and empowers patients to take an active role in their health. Outside of medicine, she enjoys running, spending time with loved ones, and relaxing with her cat.
