Alastair Brown, a Richmond native, began her journey in the physical therapy field at Bridgewater College, where she earned her bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science. After working as a physical therapy technician and certified personal trainer for several years following graduation, she decided to further her education. She attended NVCC, where she earned her license as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Alastair has years of experience in outpatient and assisted living settings with a passion for treating orthopedics and vestibular dysfunction. In her free time, Alastair enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, and their dog. She is an avid Steelers fan and enjoys participating in equestrian sports.
